Returns & withdrawal
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, how to use it, and the model withdrawal form.
Last updated: 2026-09-10
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods.
How to withdraw
To withdraw, tell us your decision by a clear statement — an email to sofia@amiguritos.com is enough. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the 14 days expire.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. You return the goods without undue delay and bear the direct cost of returning them.
Made-to-order items
Some made-to-order goods that are clearly personalised to your specification can fall outside the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. We treat items ordered in our standard catalogue colours as returnable; if an order is bespoke we will tell you before you buy. If in doubt, write to us.
