Our products
Every item is crocheted by hand and made to order. Because each is individually made, small variations in size, shape and colour are normal and are part of the handmade character — they are not defects.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes; shipping is added and shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your order is confirmed by email once payment succeeds.
Made to order & lead time
We begin making your item after your order is confirmed. Typical making time is about 2–3 weeks before dispatch; we will let you know if a particular order needs longer.
Shipping
We ship to most of Europe. The exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment; free shipping may apply above a threshold shown in your cart.
Right of withdrawal & complaints
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — see our Returns page for how it works and for the model withdrawal form. These terms are governed by Spanish law; consumer disputes may also use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
